We have been having 1 to 1 yoga sessions with Charlotte for several months now. As a couple we wanted to have private sessions so that we could set our own goals and make sure we had the individual attention to ensure that we had the right technique and breathing
Charlotte always makes the sessions relevant and enjoyable, we have a 90 minute session and seem to fit so much in - it’s a great start to the day ! She always manages to achieve our session goals whether its feeling more energised or more ‘chilled’.
Before we begin she asks us what we want to get out of our session and tailors it accordingly. We have learnt so much from Charlotte and enjoy understanding more each time – we don’t always find it easy but that also makes it enjoyable ! Charlotte has really helped us to introduce Yoga into our busy lives and compliment the other exercise and sports we love.

I was diagnosed with a chronic neurological condition in 2004. I received experimental treatment in 2006 which has given me long-term remission from the condition, but I still have deficits (weakness in right leg and knee) accumulated prior to the treatment. My osteopath suggested that I would benefit from yoga, but I was not confident enough to join a class. I contacted Charlotte as her flyer had come through my letter box. Charlotte has provided one-to-one yoga sessions (eight in total) which have been brilliant. Charlotte started by getting to know my conditions and the deficits I have and then working with me to strengthen my core and improve my stability / balance. In each of the sessions, Charlotte built on the previous sessions. I am thrilled with the results and practise the moves which Charlotte has taught me - I can't believe how my right leg has strengthened and how my balance has improved. I am now confident to join a yoga class and plan to book some further sessions in the autumn to assess my progress. Charlotte has been first rate.
